Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in South Africa

We have just been given a letter of eviction they say its because of noise early hours of the morning which i did explain is not coming from our flat we live near a bar and theres always loud music the weekends. i have 2 children aged 4 and 7 and cannot afford to move right now. what are my rights legally. thanks.

it will be better in case you discuss the matter friendly way. legally you can challenge the letter of eviction since the ground mentioned is not correct but in that case the lesser or owner may take other options to evict you
