Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
My 24 yr old is pregnant by her boyfriend. Their are no plans marriage. Neither one works. She will stay with me when the baby is born. Should the baby have the mothers last name? and if so, if they were to split up, would the father have to pay child support thru the court?
