Legal Question in Banking Law in South Carolina
South Australian Lottery
I was notified through mail that I was one of 8 winners of the South Australian Lottery. They sent me a check for $4500 that was taken out of the lump sum of $252,000. I contacted the claimes attorney and he told me to $3000 money order to a tax agent for tax purposes. After that they would send me all legal documents on the winnings along with the remaining $250,000. When I receive that payment I am to take it to my bank to have photo copies made of the tax payments and the money deposited in my account. This sounds a littly fishy?? What do I do??

A LITTLE Fishy?
Did you ENTER the lottery?
If you cash or deposit the check, it will BOUNCE, within 2-3 weeks.
