Legal Question in Bankruptcy in South Carolina

Ex-spouse rights

My soon-to-be-x filed bankruptcy. I am in the process of filing an Adversarial proceeding against him. In my complaint can I ask that he be made to pay my attorney fees? If so under what section of the bankruptcy code can I find this information?

You can ask. The bankruptcy judge can say no. But of course you can ask for attorney's fees only if you actually have a lawyer, and if you have a lawyer, why aren't you asking him or her this question?
