Legal Question in Bankruptcy in South Carolina

If there is a judgment in SC against a person for an automobile accident, and they have lost their license pending payment of the judgment, can the judgment be wiped away by bankruptcy?

The judgment can be wiped out, however that alone probably is not going to reinstate your license without your undertaking admininstrative proceedings before the DMV. http://www.anderslawonline.com
