How do I add someone to my board of directors? I am an incorporated comapny located in Anderson sc.

Any attorney will tell you to read your corporate bylaws. These will dictate how and when board members are elected. It's usually done once a year, but special meetings may be provided for in the bylaws. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
