Legal Question in Business Law in South Carolina
I bought a dealership from a company named Permacrete on Nov. 21, 2005 in Nashville TN. I have never used or requested any services or product from the company. The account has just set dormat for over 5 years and it cost me $5000.00. Am I entiteled to a full refund of my money after 5 years or do I need to hire an attorney to go after my money? I have no intent of using this product.

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. You should hire an attorney to see what your rights are under the dealership contract you signed. Typically, they're structured as no-refund deals, and if you had a beef you should have spoken up long before now. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
