What if the client refuses to pay for services made and I don't have a written contract agreement

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. Not all contracts are written. Some are just a verbal understanding, and these are called oral contracts. They can be just as enforceable as a written contract, as long as you can prove certain elements - like payment terms, etc. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
