Legal Question in Business Law in South Carolina

Are there any loop holes? I am in a very small, specialized field of psychology and work with children with Autism. I am moving in 4 months but need to be able to work. Here's a catch- I live and provide services in SC but my employer is based in FL and my contract says "under FL Stat...."

There are several loop holes to no compete clauses. For example they have to be reasonable and they have to confined to a geographic. I would need to see a copy of the contact to give you a better answer. My wife does ABA therefore I have a soft spot in my heart for folks like you. So I promise not to charge an outrageous fee for reviewing your contact.
