Under South Carolina law pertaining to foreign corporations, would the SC legal residence of a single bona fide employee of a foreign corporation establish a business presence of that corporation in the state?

To receive the full benefit of the South Carolina legal system, you need to file the the proper documents with the South Carolina Secretary of State and have a registered agent in this state.
