Legal Question in Business Law in South Carolina

Here's the thing. Im 14 years old and in the USA on a visa. I really want to start a software corporation and be the CEO of it but I don't have a social security number. What should I do? Is there any way that I can get a social security number while in the USA on a visa?

As a Franchise Attorney think the answer to the social security number question depends on the type of visa you have. Usually a work visa will entitle you to a social security number. The other perhaps more important issue is your age. A minor lacks the legal capacity to enter into legal contracts. So that would be a big problem if you were a CEO or any other officer. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
