Should my miranda rights have been read while being arrested for public disorderly contact?

no. YOu only get Miranda rights when you are both not free to leave and are being questioned by the police or other governmental agents.
GEtting your rights read to you and invoking them are two different things. After your rights are read you must unequivically tell police that you will only proceed to speak with them if a lawyer is present.
