Legal Question in Technology Law in South Carolina
I hired a company to create a website for my company. They also took photos of my business and the owner for the site. They are not allowing me to make changes/updates to the website on my own-they want me to submit the changes to them and they will make the changes/updates. I have a blog and make many weekly changes to the site and I don't understand how they can control the website that I paid for. They also are telling me that I can not use the photos they took for any other marketing purposes...which I paid for as well. Is this legal?
