Age of Consent
What is the age of consent for a female in SC if the male is over 21? What is the minimum female age for the male to avoid any legal action?

The age of consent in SC is 16, for either a male OR a female, unless the person has some type of disability that would render her incapable of voluntarily consenting to a sexual act.
