Are seat belt laws legal?
Are seatbelt lwas legal? Do they not violate my bill of rights?

There is no constitutional right to be free from a seatbelt requirement. The states have the authority to enact reasonable safety requirements for people using their roads, and seatbelt laws are a valid use of this authority. This doesn't mean that seatbelt laws are necessary or even wise, but they are constitutional.
