Failure to Fullfill Contract

I joined a Senior Center for the express pupose to play cash bingo at the center. Last month the Council

on Aging cancelled cash bingo. I would like to know if I have a legal right for a full of partial refund.

The membership for the center runs from Jan. to Jan.

It would probably depend on the language of your agreement. If the agreement expressly states what the purpose was, and it no longer exists, then you should be allowed to get a refund.
