We wanted to trade a time share for another week. We were given the option to trade but it was strongly suggested by the salesman to let them sell it as there were very few timeshares left in that area and we could get more money for it. We took the salesman's suggestion. In Fact, there were over 400 units for sale in that unit alone. Do we have any recourse in getting out of the contract or against the seller?

Difficult to say without a review of the contract itself and more information as to exctly what the salesman (allegedly) told you. If in fact you were fraudulently induced to enter into the contract due to the salesman's msrepresentation of one or more facts material to the transaction, and, upon which you relied to your detriment, you

may be able to void the contract and have a cause of action against the salesman and possibly others who may be connected to him in his business of peddling timeshares (a notoriously

risky investment for the average consumer, as you likely already know).
