If i abandon my home . What can the lender do?

If you're referring to your mortgage lender, abandoning the home will not eradicate the debt, necessarily. They're entitled to the amount of the loan still outstanding, interest, and any lawful fees. If the value of the home doesn't cover that total sum, then you're still liable for a deficiency judgment, should the mortgage company decide to pursue it.
