Can i get a judgment vacated based on the fact that the judgment was granted while i was in bankruptcy to a creditor that was listed in the bankruptcy? is this an easy process or do I need to hire an attorney to do it for me?

You should speak with an attorney. Why was this judgment filed? Did this creditor not get notice of the bankruptcy?
