Where can I start to dispute a foreclosure initiation reporting on my credit score by Chase Bank who incorrectly placed it there during a loan modification in which payment was stopped on the advice of their representative to qualify for modification?

Write to Chase Bank and the three credit reporting agencies and tell them to correct the error. Send your letters by certified mail. If the corrections are not made within a reasonable amount of time 2-3 months, seek an attorneys help.
