Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

1st offense-trafficking

1st offense, someone delivered marijuana to my shop, he and i were arrested, i did not know what was in container, he got 100,000.00 bond, i got 20,000.00, what are the odds of getting charges dropped in my case. I never had criminal charges before, i am a young business owner.

After handling countless drug cases in SC, I wouldn't dare to try and answer your question, nor would you want me to, with such little information. Who was this person? What other reason might he have for coming to your business? Was anyone with him? What type of container? Does anyone have a record? There is much much more that I would need to know.
