4th offense

My boyfriend is on his 4th offense for driving under suspension will he do any jail time?

It depends. Once a person is convicted of a 3d offense or more the judge has to give them time in jail. Its mandatory and the judge has no choice. As a lawyer we ususally try to get a 3d and a 4th offense reduced to a 2d offense to keep the person from doing jail time.
