Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
My 16 year old son received a lifetime ban from the mall due to shoplifting in South Carolina, the no trespass order was given to him by the police at the time of the incident. My question is does this no trespassing last a lifetime or when he is no longer a juvenile can he return?

Since I do not have the order to look at, all I can base my response on is your question. My understanding of the word, "lifetime," is that it is a period of time equal to a person's life and is not based on when the person turns 18. You might want to call the people that issued the order and ask them.
