Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

abuse in Jail

My son is in Jail in South Carolina. I have not talk with him in over four mouths

I call the prison that he was in and they told me that they had moved him. I ask them why and they said that they do not have to tell me any thing about my son. Well the prison he was in gave me the telephone number to where they had move him to I call that prison and they told me that he would be calling me on 11/13/07. My question to you is this.

I just talked to my son and he said that the jail told him that they would contact me

because my son was taken to the hospital where he was stab in the back, neck and eye

no one ever contract me can you please help me and tell me what can I do.

I cannot figure out what your question is. I can only assume you want advise on how to get information regarding your son. Without knowing your question, all I can tell you is that the prisons are run by the South Carolina Department of Corrections. They have a web site with contact information. That might serve as a better source for getting information than calling the individual prison. Good luck.
