Someone was charged with ABHAN and it was there first offense. It was nothing major. Is this person looking at jail time or probation?

Re: Advice
Every one of these cases are handled individually. There is no way of telling you what the sentence would be without knowing a whole lot more. I would have to know the facts of the case, whether the victim received medical attention, what the defendant' record was like, etc. You say it was nothing major. If it wasn't, then sometimes a defense attorney can get ABHAN reduced to Simple Assault, which is a misdemeaner. If you want to email me or call me your welcome to and I can fill you in. I have a criminal defense firm in Horry County and practice state-wide. EMAIL: [email protected]
