aggervated assult with the intent of higher nature
I want to find out if I can have a case that has already been heard and tried in another county reheard with a different Judge in a different county.

That has happened, but only under certain limited circumstances such as winning an appeal or a Post Conviction Action. Then once you win one of those, you would then have to ask for a change of venue, which would put it in another county.
