Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
I answered an ad for employment with an adult entertainment company that turned out to be false. During the interview I was photographed nude and sexually molested by the imposter who doesn't even work for the company as he advertised. What can I do?

First report the incident to the local police. They will pursue criminal charges against the person. Second, if you have been damaged physically, mentally, or financially talk to an attorney.

The answer that you got from the first attorney was a good one. You were the victim of a crime. Please understand that people like the one that you encountered do not do these sort of things once. You can do the next potential victim a big favor by contacting the police.
