the attorney said he didn't find anything in the brief for an appeal. what can we do at this point?

What brief? What kind of a case? Was there a trial? Was it a civil case? Was it a criminal case? Was an appeal filed? Was an appeal not filed? Was an appeal filed and you lost and now want to appeal that decision? Your really need to provide enough information so that the person reading the question can answer it.
