Armed Robbery is basically taking or attempting to take someone else's property with the use of force, threats or intimidation, while aremed with a deadly weapon or while having some sort of an object that the victim reasonably believed to be a weapon. It carries 10 to 30 years in jail.

First Degree Burglary is entering someone's home without consent, with the intent to commit a crime, and is armed with a deadly weapon, causes physical injury to someone, or threatens to use a deadly weapon or displays what appears to be a knife or firearm. It carries 15 years to life in prison.

Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Offense is when a person has been convicted of a violent crime and has a firearm or knife with them. It carries 5 years.
