Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
i was arrested for breach of peace, nonaggravated in nature-(32685ED) do i need a lawyer

My advise is this. If you have a medical problem, see a doctor. If you have a legal problem, get a lawyer. I am not just saying that because I am a lawyer and I make money when people hire me. Aside from the fact that I make money, the simple truth of the matter is you have been accused of a crime. One that if convicted, will result in a criminal record. It also carries potential jail. Yes. I think you need a lawyer. The problem with trying to handle these cases without a lawyer is that you not only do not know the legal system, but you are not in a position to competently go to court and defend yourself. If you would like to discuss your case, you are welcome to call. I do not charge people for phone consultation. My office is in Horry County and I represent people state-wide.
