Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

I have asked for a jury trial and am going to make a brady discovery motion to the court, for all evidence pertaining to the incident. I also have evidence of phone call made to me by the individual prior to the warrant being taken out, whihc were of a threatening and harrassing nature.
