assault and battery charges with false accusations
Just king of curious about how much bail can be set for this crime if the magistrate decides to uphold the charges even though there are false accusations.

Its all depends. There are three different Assault and Battery charges in SC. You didn't mention which one. There is Simple Assault, Assault and Battery High and Aggravated and Assaulted and Battery with Intent to Kill. It also depends on the defendants record, age, employment, etc. Email me for more.
