If you want legal advise you really need to take a little time with this. First of all, there are several rape laws in SC and you didn't state which one. You didn't state the defendant's nor the victim's age, nor what the victim is alleging, or for that matter, anything except that her legs were rubbed. That is not a question. If you want help you need to explain as much about the case as possible and then actually pose a question.
