can audio be used in court when vioce is not on it

I cannot answer your questions without knowing more. What you are most likely referring to is whether something is admissible in court as evidence. It all depends on what kind of a case it is, what type of a trial or hearing it is, and what it is you are trying to prove. The Rules of Evidence changes depending on all of these things.

In other words, I don't have enough information to answer your question.

But I have a question for you. What good would it do to have an audio played in court if there is nothing on it?
