Background Check ?

Hi, I am trying to get into medical school. But I have to have a background check..to make a long story short I have was arrested for assult, but the charges were never prosecuted. Will this show up on my background check? Even if I was never prosecuted? And if so can I get it removed?

Two types of entries are usually on those records. Arrests and Convictions. If you were never convicted and it is only an arrest record then you can have it expunged. Your welcome to call if you need help with it. Good Luck.
