Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

bail bond agreement violation

I really don't know where to turn ot who to ask. And I don't mean to take up imprtant space that you could use. But I have a delema that involves my mother and need to know what I can do.

I bonded a ''friend'' out last month and he has become a nightmare. The Bondsman told me I would have to pay him $300 dollars to drop the bond. I don't think that sounds right. And the area my mom is involved in is this...I told him he couldn't stay at her house while I was working out of town. He went behind my back and put a ''snow job'' on her and she fell for his act. She allowed him to stay at her place, even after I expressed my feelings to him. My mom is under medical care for Dementia and doesn't see things the way they really are. How can I get this man out of my mother's house? I need to know the correct process to drop the bond on him before he scams my mom any farther.

Please help me.

Re: bail bond agreement violation

Legally only she can put him out of her house, unless you feel she is incompetent and you get a court order allowing you to handle her affairs. Good luck.
