bought a car that had been wrecked

Bought a car from ebay, the dealer states clean title, car was not in accident and when received car, it drove like it had been in wreck. pulled up car fax and there was a missing entry on the original car fax that indicated severe accident on 12/18/07. the dealer listed addition add on to vechicle that was not on car. Is there any thing we can do to get reimbursed by seller for vehcile. The car was purchesed from Franks auto rep. Portage,WI. 53901

1. You might want to contact the seller and explain the problem and see if they will agree to help you. 2. You may want to consult with an attorney in the same state as the seller and discuss the possibilities. 3. You may want to contact Ebay as they have people that can guide you on these matters.
