Re: breach of trust
I wish the law was that easy, but its not. There is more than once Breach of Trust Law. There is a felony and a misdemeanor, which is determined by the amount alleged was taken. And, what the potential sentence is doesn't necessarily mean that is what the person will receive. Any Breach of Trust law carries jail time and of course, the felonies carry much more thant the misdemeanors. If you would like to email me at [email protected] or call my office I would be happy to try and help. I have a criminal defense firm in Myrtle Beach, but practice state-wide. Robert Johnston
