Breech of Trust

I have been charged with Breech of Trust. I applied to participate i the PTI program. I still have to go for rol call. I am not sure if they are going to ask me do I want to plea or have a jury trial. What should I tell them.

PTI is a referral program. That means that you can only get PTI if the Solicitor refers you into the program. When you go to roll call, ask the solicitor if you can do PTI.
