Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
if a case is of breech of trust is dismissed at first hearing,what is the best way in which it should be or read as far as the best type of dismisal for defendent?

There are two types of Dismissals. One, just reads Dismissal. The second one, reads Dismissed With Prejudice and it the best. You can call if you have another question.
