If my case was disposed am I convicted of the crime?

If so how would I explain it on a application?

I don't know where you saw the word "disposed." Therefore I can't comment on it. You need to contact the court to see what the status is of your case. As far as the job application, that depends on what the status of your case is and what the question is on the job application.
