I cannot tell you which way to go without knowing what the facts and evidence are. Sometimes these charges are dismissed for one reason or another. I would hate to tell you to do PTI on a case that should be dismissed. I would also hate to tell you to have a jury trial if it turns out that PTI is in your best interest. There are advantages to going both ways, but it all depends on the particular case.
