Can I challenge the suspension of my license?

On 2/4/04, I was convicted of a Felony dui-resulting in great bodily injury and Child Endangerment. I was sentenced 30 days in jail, 1 year House Arrest, and 5 years probation. I just recently found out that my license is suspended until 2020!!!! Can I challenge the suspension of my license?
