what can be dont to have a sentence changed from consective to concurrent if the inmate was sentence back in nov of 2008

Now why would you ask the same question again? There are only two ways to address a sentence. One is an appeal and the other is a PCR. Neither one can be explained here without knowing a whole lot about the case. You are welcome to call my office during the week if you would like and I can fill you in. No charge.
