Charged with abhan

i was arrested on 22nd november and charged with abhan, i had a 5 second disagreement with a female in the club and did not think think much of it. i was kicked out and when i insisted i did nothing wrong the guard got angry and said if i dont shut up he will get me arrested, the charge paper read i did touch her in an inappropriate area causing her fear even though i nver touched her. My question is was that the right charge and tis my face break with the law am my facing jail time

It would really be helpful to know exactly what the warrant said before answering your question. Abhan is a serious Assault and Batter charge, but based on what you have said it sounds like maybe they should have charged you on the misdemeanor Assault and Battery, which is simply and unconsented touching. Jail time depends and a lot of factors such as whether you go to trial or plead guilty, what kind of record you have, etc. I would be happy to look at the warrant for you.
