Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

I was charged with DWAI in Colorado and was unable to finish probation in 2007. Charged in Feb. of 2011 with destruction of property in Idaho and am on unsupervised probation. I can't get my license and need one bad. Is it possible for me to resolve this without going to Colorado. What should I do?
