Its hard to tell you much without more information. But I'll try. First of all, are you sure that you have court tomorrow morning? Tomorrow is Labor Day. I can't say for sure, but I sort of thought that the courts were closed on Labor Day. Don't take any chances. If you think that your court date is tomorrow, then you need to show up for it. Do not assume that the court is closed.
As far as what to do, I don't know what this next court date is for. Usually the first court date that they give you is for what is called a Bench Trial. I don't know if you had your Bench Trial continued or not. If you requested a Jury Trial and that is what you have tomorrow, then that is a different proceding from a Bench Trial.
If you have a Bench Trial tomorrow, then you can request a Jury Trial, and they will probably send you home and continue the case, as that is what they normall do. But you did not say if you requested a Jury Trial or not, so I don't know.
As far as telling you anything else, I simply do not have enough information. I don't know if you could win a trial, if you have a defense, if you have any witnesses, what your criminal record is, or anything else for that matter.
The first thing you need to do is to double check your court date. Look at your paperwork. And don't take any chances. You must show up for your court date.
The other thing you really need to do is to get a lawyer. Both Assault & Battery and Disorderly Conduct are crimes and have potential jail sentences. Its always possible to work out a payment plan with a lawyer, or maybe even paying with some sort of property. You really need to have a lawyer. And if there is still no way of hiring one, then at least try to get a consultation with one. That is at the very least very important.
You can call or email if you have any other questions.
