Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

Someone claim I dashed a soda at them which is an untrue and they filed a incident report on me and the officer took several pictures and no drink was found on her clothes and it's a lie can i be arrested for her claiming this and I even have witness statements who can back this untruth.

Yes. It is your word against her word. The police officer will take into account the physical evidence but that does not mean you cannot be arrested. Will you be arrested is the more appropriate question and I cannot answer that.
