I have no idea what your asking. What company? A company you own, work for, someone else's company? Who's bank card, your's? Personal card? Business card? Is it a credit card or debit card? Who's name is it in? I'm sorry, but your question is just too vague.

PS: What was charged? Who charged it. What is your relationship with that person. How much was charged? Did that person actually have possession of the card? An attorney cannot render legal advise without knowing all of the important information.
