Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
conspiracy any loopholes in it protecting people
friend got arrested for cospiracy
because of a convicted drug affender
that is now serving 10 years in federal.
how can a convicted felony whos word
is nothing and whos RIGHTS have been
stripped from him accuse someone that
has not even had a traffic ticket or any
kind of issues with law enforcements
and the law enforcement take this
persons accusations and arrested my
friend. if this person rights and
priveliges are stripped at time of
conviction then why shouuld his word
be good in an accusation against a
citizen. this person apparently
contacted my friend trying to get my
friend to do drug deals and other things
to assocated my friend with this person.
This person iniated every time and
called my friende every time therefore
askjing my friend to commit a crime
how is that right and they do that. just
wonder ing how this can be solved or if
any laws or rights have been broken
and if there is anything we can do .

Re: conspiracy any loopholes in it protecting people
this is very common. the feds "flip" people all the time. your friend was arrested not becuase of the word of the felon, but beause the felon gave the feds info that he might be involved in something. if the feds found nothing, he wouldnt be arrrested.
